Feedelity Lands Fresh Capital to Help Hospitality Make Smarter Decisions From Customer Reviews

In an industry where every customer experience can shape brand loyalty, the volume of online reviews has grown faster than businesses can keep up. Hospitality groups often manage hundreds of comments across delivery apps, search engines, email and social media, leaving customer support teams overwhelmed by the sheer pace at which feedback arrives. Addressing this modern challenge, Ghent based startup Feedelity has secured 510 thousand euros to expand its AI powered feedback management platform and accelerate its growth across Europe.

The Rising Pressure of Customer Feedback

Customer feedback has become one of the most powerful influences on purchasing decisions, especially in hospitality. Diners routinely check ratings and reviews before choosing where to eat, and businesses that respond quickly and effectively tend to win customer trust and encourage repeat visits. Yet processing a single review can take several minutes, and for brands with multiple locations, weekly feedback can accumulate into the thousands.

This creates a growing operational burden and often leaves valuable insights overlooked or buried in disparate systems. Feedelity’s founders recognised that both small teams and large hospitality chains needed a smarter way to centralise, analyse and respond to feedback.

Turning Feedback Into Intelligence

Founded by Martin Vander Ghinste, Achilles Demey and Henri Coorevits, Feedelity offers a platform designed to unify customer feedback in one central hub. Using AI, the system groups reviews from different channels, suggests semi automated responses and flags urgent comments requiring immediate attention.

Coorevits explains that the goal is not simply to help businesses respond faster, but to give them deeper visibility into customer satisfaction trends. By turning individual comments into structured data, Feedelity can reveal patterns that may impact product decisions, menu items or service standards.

One example he highlights is a restaurant chain that discovered, through Feedelity’s analytics, that customers disliked its wooden bowls despite their higher cost. This insight prompted an immediate change across locations, demonstrating the operational value hidden within everyday feedback.

Strong Traction in Hospitality

Although Feedelity officially launched in March 2025, it has already gained adoption among well known hospitality brands including Panos, Hawaiian Pokebowl and Pureto. The platform’s ability to manage multi location review data has made it particularly appealing to fast casual and quick service restaurant groups that rely heavily on speed, consistency and brand perception.

Feedelity also received recognition in the local startup ecosystem by winning the top prize at the pitch competition held during the Tectonic startup festival. This early momentum has further validated the founders’ belief that feedback management represents a significant untapped opportunity for AI automation.

Expanding Into New Sectors

While hospitality is the company’s initial focus, the founders plan to expand into new verticals where feedback is abundant but analysis is fragmented. Multi location retail chains, real estate agencies and service providers often collect large volumes of reviews or customer comments but seldom translate them into meaningful insights.

Feedelity sees potential to support these sectors with the same level of centralisation, automation and analytics that it currently offers to hospitality brands. By doing so, the startup aims to become a versatile platform for organisations that rely on customer sentiment to improve operations and enhance loyalty.

Backed by Experienced Investors

The recent funding round includes participation from notable Belgian tech figures such as Gilles Mattelin and Jorn Vanysacker of Henchman, Wouter Fransoo of Delaware and Robbrecht Delrue of Smartendr. Venture funds Newschool VC and Scalefund also supported the round, offering both capital and strategic support.

This investment will allow Feedelity to grow its team, expand its product capabilities and scale its go to market operations. With more businesses recognising the value of proactive review management, the company is well positioned to become a leading tool in the emerging category of AI powered feedback intelligence.

Building the Future of Customer Understanding

As digital interactions become a defining part of customer experience, businesses need more than sentiment analysis. They need tools that turn feedback into operational insights. Feedelity aims to meet that need by helping companies understand what customers are saying, why they are saying it and what actions should be taken next.

With new funding and a growing customer base, Feedelity is set to expand its impact, supporting brands that want to turn everyday feedback into long term competitive advantage.
