Vivilo Secures Fresh Funding to Revolutionise Personalised Event Content

The company has raised €628,000 in a pre seed funding round backed by a group of Italian investors that includes entrepreneurs, executives, engineers, lawyers, and technology professionals. The investment will support product development, commercial expansion, and the advancement of its proprietary visual recognition platform.

Previously known as Jubatus, Vivilo is building a platform designed to help participants quickly access personalised event content while creating new revenue opportunities for organisers and production partners.

Turning Event Footage Into Personalised Content

Founded by Logan Para, Marco Ciabini, and Gionata Manduchi, the company has developed technology capable of analysing vast amounts of event footage and automatically identifying specific participants.

The platform can recognise faces, race numbers, vehicles, objects, and other visual elements within photographs and videos.

Using these capabilities, Vivilo automatically generates personalised content packages that can include professional photographs, video clips, and short form videos tailored to individual participants.

Users can then purchase, download, and share this content shortly after an event concludes, significantly reducing the waiting time typically associated with professional event media.

Solving a Long Standing Industry Challenge

For event organisers and content production teams, managing and distributing event footage has traditionally involved extensive manual effort.

Sorting through thousands of images and matching them to specific participants often requires significant time and resources.

Vivilo’s platform automates much of this process, allowing organisers to deliver content more efficiently while reducing operational workloads.
