Souk Raises $1.6 Million to Build an AI Partner Manager for B2B Growth

For companies that depend on partnerships to generate sales, signing new partners is only one part of the challenge. Keeping those relationships active, productive and commercially valuable can be far harder. UK based B2B software startup Souk is tackling that problem with an AI powered approach, raising $1.6 million in pre seed funding to develop its platform for managing partner relationships at scale.

The round was led by Sure Valley Ventures, with participation from Antler, Fuel Ventures and strategic angel investors from the B2B software industry. Sure Valley Ventures focuses on investing in high potential AI software companies across the UK and Ireland and has backed a growing portfolio of technology businesses.

Building for Partner Led Growth

Founded in July 2025, Souk is developing what it describes as an AI Partner Manager for businesses that use partnerships as an important route to market.

Many companies continue to manage partner programmes through spreadsheets, email, shared documents and manually maintained databases. While these tools can support a small number of relationships, they can become increasingly difficult to manage as partner networks expand.

Souk believes this creates a significant opportunity. Businesses often dedicate considerable resources to recruiting new partners, while existing relationships can gradually become inactive because teams lack the time and systems required to maintain engagement.

The startup wants to help businesses extract more value from the partner networks they already have instead of constantly searching for new relationships.

Meet Coco

At the centre of Souk’s platform is Coco, an autonomous AI agent designed to manage tasks throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Coco can support partner sourcing, engagement, performance monitoring and payout management. The objective is to automate repetitive partnership activities while helping teams identify opportunities that might otherwise remain hidden within large partner networks.

Instead of simply functioning as another software dashboard, Souk is developing Coco to actively perform partnership related work. The company believes this could allow partnership teams to focus more heavily on strategy and high value relationships while AI handles operational tasks.

Turning Dormant Partners Into Revenue

Souk’s early deployments have provided an initial indication of the commercial opportunity it is targeting. The company says Coco has identified partnerships with the potential to create a seven figure sales pipeline and has contributed to contracts with several unicorn companies.

The startup also reports reductions in the manual work required for partner acquisition, suggesting that AI could play a role not only in managing existing partnerships but also in expanding a company’s network.

CEO and co founder Leo Crowe said partnerships are central to how much of modern business gets done, but the software supporting them has changed relatively little. He said Souk is building Coco to take on the operational workload and help companies keep partners active.

Funding for Product Development

The entire $1.6 million investment will be directed toward product development. Souk plans to use the funding to strengthen Coco’s underlying architecture and expand its AI capabilities.

The company’s immediate focus is therefore on technology rather than rapid geographical expansion. By developing a stronger autonomous agent, Souk aims to create a platform capable of handling increasingly complex partnership workflows.

A New Approach to Partner Management

Souk enters a B2B software market where companies are increasingly using AI to automate functions that traditionally required large teams and extensive manual processes.

Its proposition is particularly focused on the gap between acquiring a partner and generating sustained commercial value from that relationship. By combining partner data, workflows and autonomous AI capabilities, the startup aims to make partnership management more proactive.

With backing from Sure Valley Ventures, Antler, Fuel Ventures and industry focused angel investors, Souk now has the capital to develop Coco further and turn its early customer traction into a broader AI powered partner management platform.
