Every time a company changes its software, workflow or internal process, its training material can quickly become outdated. Employees then have to relearn processes, ask colleagues for help or turn to support teams for answers. Lithuanian startup Guideless is tackling that overlooked problem with an AI powered platform that captures how work is actually performed and transforms those workflows into continuously adaptable training and operational knowledge.
Fresh Funding for Global Expansion
Guideless has raised €1 million in pre seed funding to accelerate product development and expand into international markets.
The round was led by Superhero Capital, with participation from FIRSTPICK VC and several prominent angel investors. Backers include Thomas Plantenga, Group CEO of Vinted, Vytautas Atkočaitis, CEO of Vinted Go, and Vinted co founder Mantas Mikuckas.
The company was founded by Evaldas Bieliūnas and Dovydas Remeika. Guideless soft launched its product in late 2025 and was formally incorporated in June 2026.
The new capital will support further technology development, team expansion and the company’s planned entry into the UK, broader European markets and the US.
Capturing How Work Really Happens
Guideless is built around a simple idea: instead of asking employees or training teams to manually document every process, the software can observe workflows as people complete them inside business applications.
The platform captures individual actions and converts them into structured training content. This can include visual step by step sequences, written instructions, transcripts and narrated explanations.
Once created, the materials can be edited, branded, shared or exported for use across an organisation.
This approach is designed to address a persistent problem with conventional software documentation. Processes change constantly as companies introduce new applications, modify internal procedures or reorganise teams. Static training documents can therefore become obsolete almost as soon as they are published.
From Recordings to Living Knowledge
A key difference in Guideless’s approach is that workflows are captured as individual steps rather than being treated as fixed recordings.
That structure allows training materials to be updated, adapted and translated more easily when the underlying workflow changes.
The platform also supports text to speech in more than 40 languages. Guideless says its technology can reduce the time required to create and maintain training documentation by as much as ten times.
For businesses operating across multiple markets, the ability to create and update training materials quickly could help reduce the burden on learning and development teams while making software onboarding more consistent.
Building an Operational Memory Layer
Guideless sees the technology as more than a training tool.
The company plans to turn the structured workflow information captured by its platform into an evolving layer of operational knowledge. Rather than simply showing employees how to complete a task, the system is designed to preserve information about how work is performed as organisations change.
That could eventually provide AI agents with company specific context about workflows and operational processes.
According to CEO and co founder Evaldas Bieliūnas, the ambition is to convert every captured workflow into structured operational context that can continue evolving as teams, software and processes change.
Early Traction
Guideless already has more than 3,000 users and paying customers across 15 markets.
Its technology is being used by teams at companies and organisations including Vinted, Masan Consumer Holdings and the Nevada Hospital Association, as well as hundreds of other businesses.
The early adoption gives the startup a foundation as it prepares for its next phase of international growth.
With its latest funding, Guideless is positioning itself at the intersection of employee training, workflow automation and enterprise AI, aiming to turn everyday workplace activity into a persistent source of operational knowledge.
