Construction technology startup All3 has secured $25 million in seed funding as it works to modernise one of the world’s least digitised industries. By combining robotics, artificial intelligence, and advanced manufacturing, the company aims to transform how buildings are designed and assembled, addressing long standing inefficiencies in construction.
Backed by Global Investors
The funding round was led by RTP Global, with significant participation from SuperSeed. Additional investors include Begin Capital, s16vc, and VNV Global. The strong investor interest highlights confidence in All3’s approach to tackling structural challenges in the construction sector.
The newly raised capital will support research and development, as well as the deployment of the company’s robotic systems in real world projects.
Reinventing Construction with Technology
All3 is developing an integrated construction model that combines autonomous robotics, AI driven design software, and robotic manufacturing processes. The company’s system is designed to streamline the entire construction workflow, from initial planning to on site assembly.
A key component of its platform is a legged robot capable of performing assembly tasks directly on construction sites. This is complemented by tools that enable the production of customised building components, allowing for greater flexibility and efficiency in project execution.
By integrating these elements into a single system, All3 aims to reduce reliance on manual labour while improving precision and consistency.
Addressing Industry Challenges
Construction remains one of the largest sectors globally, yet it has seen limited productivity improvements over recent decades. Projects often face delays, cost overruns, and inefficiencies due to fragmented processes and heavy dependence on human labour.
Traditional prefabrication methods have attempted to address these issues but have struggled to scale, particularly in complex urban environments where flexibility is essential.

Early Traction and Market Demand
The company has already demonstrated early traction, with its design software used to process more than 100,000 square metres of residential projects. This growing pipeline, particularly in Germany, indicates increasing demand for solutions that can streamline construction processes.
Germany has been identified as All3’s first launch market, where the company plans to deploy its initial fleet of robots on commercial construction projects. This step will serve as a key milestone in validating its technology at scale.

All3 operates across multiple European locations, with offices in Berlin and Zug, and research and development activities in London and Belgrade. The funding will enable the company to expand these operations, strengthening its technical capabilities and accelerating product development.
By building a distributed presence, All3 is positioning itself to collaborate with partners and clients across different markets, supporting its ambition to scale its technology internationally.
