From Boardroom Plans to Daily Action: STRGY AI Lands €1M

For many organisations, the hardest part of strategy is not deciding what the business should achieve but making sure thousands of daily decisions continue to support those priorities. Helsinki based STRGY AI is targeting that gap with software designed to give leadership teams a continuous picture of whether strategy is actually being executed. The company has now secured fresh funding as it works to turn strategic planning from a periodic management exercise into an ongoing operational process.

Fresh Funding for StrategyOS

STRGY AI has raised €1 million in angel funding to accelerate the commercial growth and further development of StrategyOS, its artificial intelligence powered strategy execution platform.

The round attracted private investors from the UK, Norway, Switzerland and Finland. The financing also included equity participation from Innovestor’s Angel CoFund and non dilutive support from Business Finland.

The new capital will allow STRGY AI to strengthen its commercial operations, deepen relationships with enterprise customers and continue developing the StrategyOS platform.

The company is also preparing to introduce additional products later this year as it expands its offering for organisations looking to improve strategic execution.

Bridging Strategy and Daily Work

StrategyOS is designed to solve a common problem inside growing businesses. Leadership teams may establish clear strategic priorities, but tracking how those priorities translate into everyday work can be difficult.

Traditional strategy processes often depend on annual planning, spreadsheets, presentations and periodic reporting. By the time leadership discovers that teams have moved away from strategic priorities, valuable time and resources may already have been lost.

STRGY AI takes a different approach by creating a continuous layer between strategic objectives and operational activity.

The platform helps organisations monitor whether work across the business remains aligned with agreed priorities. It can identify when execution starts moving away from strategic goals and give leaders visibility into progress without waiting for the next formal reporting cycle.

Built for Strategy Leaders

StrategyOS is primarily designed for Chiefs of Staff, Heads of Strategy and Chief Operating Officers working in mid market organisations.

These roles often sit between senior leadership and operational teams, making visibility into execution particularly important.

The platform connects company objectives with operational activity, allowing leadership teams to see how initiatives are progressing and where attention may be required.

It also automates reporting for executives and boards, reducing the manual work involved in gathering updates from different departments and turning them into strategic progress reports.

By bringing information into a continuous system, STRGY AI aims to make strategic execution more measurable and easier to manage.

Moving Beyond Static Plans

The company believes corporate strategy should not remain a document that is created during an annual planning process and then revisited months later.

Instead, StrategyOS is designed to provide an always on view of execution, helping leadership teams understand whether priorities are being translated into measurable action.

This approach can be particularly useful for businesses undergoing rapid growth or organisational change, where priorities can shift quickly and teams may struggle to maintain alignment.

The platform is already being used by early customers across consumer brands and private equity backed companies. Additional enterprise deployments are also underway.

Expanding the Platform

With the latest funding secured, STRGY AI plans to expand its commercial team and strengthen its relationships with enterprise customers.

The company will also continue investing in product development as it prepares further launches later this year.

Its longer term ambition is to establish StrategyOS as an operational layer for strategic management, helping organisations move from simply defining objectives to continuously measuring whether those objectives are being achieved.

As businesses increasingly look for measurable returns from their investments and clearer accountability across teams, STRGY AI is betting that the next generation of strategy software will focus not only on planning what companies want to accomplish but also on showing whether the organisation is actually getting there.
