Rewiring HR from the Ground Up: Wenite Secures €1.8M to Turn People Data into a Scalable Growth Engine

In a world where businesses increasingly rely on people insights to stay competitive, many HR service providers are still working with outdated tools that limit their impact. Wenite is aiming to change that reality, securing €1.8 million in funding to create a unified infrastructure that brings clarity, efficiency, and scalability to HR services across Europe.

Funding to Accelerate Growth

The Ghent based startup has raised €1.8 million in a round that includes €1.2 million in equity financing from Imec.iStart, alongside contributions from private investors with deep experience in the HR sector.

This funding will support Wenite’s European expansion, strengthen its product capabilities, and help the company scale its operations as it targets a growing market of HR service providers.

A Fragmented HR Landscape

Across Europe, HR consultants and organisational advisors play a critical role in shaping how companies manage their workforce. Around 60 percent of organisations rely on these service providers to guide their people strategies.

Despite their importance, many HR professionals still depend on fragmented tools such as spreadsheets, documents, and survey platforms. These disconnected systems make it difficult to centralise data, track employee wellbeing, and measure the impact of development programmes.

As a result, valuable insights often remain scattered, limiting the ability of consultants to deliver consistent and scalable results.

Building a Unified HR Infrastructure

Founded in 2021 by Jasper Dezwaef, Emiel Cracco, and Robin Vannieuwenhuijse, Wenite was created to address these challenges by offering a centralised platform for HR service providers.

The platform integrates multiple functions into a single system, including data collection, customer relationship management, workflow automation, and AI driven analysis. This allows consultants to manage client relationships and employee data more effectively while gaining deeper insights into organisational performance.

Turning Data into Actionable Insights

One of the key advantages of Wenite’s approach is its ability to transform scattered data into meaningful, actionable insights. By consolidating information into a continuous and evolving client record, the platform enables consultants to monitor progress, identify trends, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Client facing dashboards provide organisations with clear visibility into their HR initiatives, supporting more informed decision making and stronger alignment between strategy and execution.

Enabling Scalable HR Services

Wenite is designed specifically for HR service providers, helping them automate time consuming processes such as surveys, reporting, and employee follow ups. This not only improves efficiency but also allows consultants to focus on higher value activities such as strategic guidance and client engagement.

By streamlining operations and enhancing data accessibility, the platform supports the scaling of HR services without compromising quality.

Targeting a Growing Market

The company is focusing on a large and expanding market of approximately 20,000 HR service providers across Europe. As organisations increasingly seek data driven approaches to managing their workforce, demand for integrated solutions is expected to grow significantly.

Wenite’s positioning as an infrastructure provider gives it a unique role in this ecosystem, acting as the foundation on which HR services can be built and scaled.

Driving the Future of HR

With fresh funding and a clear vision, Wenite is working to redefine how HR services are delivered. By replacing fragmented tools with a unified, data driven platform, the company aims to empower consultants and organisations alike.

As businesses continue to prioritise people strategy and organisational development, solutions like Wenite’s are set to play a crucial role in shaping the future of work.
