Munich based deltaVision has raised €10.2 million in its first funding round led by KT Ventures and Valemount Capital, with participation from Futury Capital, private industrial family offices, and additional investors through a newly established investment vehicle.

The investment will support expanded manufacturing capacity, continued product development, and the advancement of technologies designed to enable future in orbit refuelling operations.

Developing Critical Spacecraft Components

Founded in 2022, deltaVision specialises in fluidic systems used across launch vehicles, satellites, lunar landers, and spacecraft designed for orbital servicing.

The company develops essential hardware including valves, pumps, pressure regulators, and other fluid control systems responsible for managing propellants, pressurants, and operational fluids throughout space missions.

These components play a vital role in ensuring spacecraft operate safely and efficiently under demanding conditions.

As the number of commercial and government space missions continues to increase, demand for reliable propulsion and fluid management systems has grown significantly.

deltaVision aims to address this growing market through advanced engineering and scalable manufacturing.

Scaling Manufacturing for a Growing Market

To meet increasing customer demand, the company is expanding its manufacturing capabilities with production processes designed to improve reliability while reducing delivery times.

The new investment will enable deltaVision to increase annual production capacity to approximately 5,000 valves and other propulsion related components.

Strengthening manufacturing capacity is expected to improve supply chain resilience for the rapidly growing space industry while supporting customers across multiple mission categories.

The company believes scalable production will become increasingly important as satellite constellations, exploration missions, and commercial space activities continue expanding worldwide.

Supporting Major Space Programmes

deltaVision already serves more than 60 customers across four continents.

Its client base includes emerging space startups, established aerospace companies, and international space agencies.

Among its most significant projects is participation in the European Space Agency’s Argonaut lunar lander programme.

For this mission, the company is supplying approximately 50 products, including advanced closed loop pressure regulation subsystems that support critical spacecraft operations.

These programmes demonstrate the growing adoption of deltaVision’s technologies across both commercial and institutional space missions.

Building the Future of In Orbit Refuelling

Beyond manufacturing existing spacecraft components, deltaVision is investing heavily in technologies that support future space infrastructure.

The company is developing a modular platform for in orbit refuelling that includes fluidic couplers, utility interfaces, and integrated refuelling modules.

These technologies are intended to enable spacecraft servicing, propellant transfer, and long term storage of fluids in orbit.

The ability to refuel satellites and spacecraft after launch could significantly extend operational lifetimes while reducing mission costs and enabling more flexible space operations.

The company believes interoperability will become an essential requirement as commercial space infrastructure continues evolving.

Expanding International Operations

The newly secured funding will also support broader international expansion.

deltaVision plans to strengthen industrial operations while increasing research and manufacturing activities through its recently established subsidiary in France.

In addition, the company intends to establish valve manufacturing capacity in the United States, further expanding its global production footprint.
