The company has now raised $2.1 million in a pre seed funding round to advance its AI native Learning Operating System and reshape how workplace training is delivered.
Funding to build next generation learning infrastructure
The $2.1 million round was led by AFI Ventures, the impact fund of Ventech, with participation from Kima Ventures, Better Angle, and Fair Equity. The round also attracted more than 50 business angels, including founders and executives from leading European technology companies.
The funding will be used to accelerate product development and expand Blify’s engineering team. The company is focused on building a scalable platform that integrates learning directly into tools employees already use, eliminating the need for separate training systems.
Rethinking workplace learning
Employee training has long been supported by learning management systems and learning experience platforms. However, these tools often struggle to maintain engagement, with many employees interacting with them only occasionally. As a result, knowledge retention tends to be low, and training programmes fail to deliver long term impact.
Blify is addressing this challenge by embedding learning into communication tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, and WhatsApp. Instead of requiring employees to log into dedicated platforms, the system delivers training content within the flow of daily work.
This approach is designed to make learning more accessible, relevant, and continuous, aligning with how employees already interact with information throughout the day.
AI driven personalised learning
At the core of Blify’s platform is a multi agent AI infrastructure that adapts training to individual users. The system analyses contextual data such as an employee’s role, responsibilities, and interactions to deliver targeted learning content at the right moment.
By integrating learning into real time workflows, the platform aims to improve both participation and retention. Employees receive knowledge when it is most relevant to their tasks, increasing the likelihood that they will apply what they learn immediately.
This shift from static courses to dynamic, context aware learning represents a significant departure from traditional training models.
Built by experienced HR tech founders
Blify was founded by Clément Lhommeau, Tristan Vié, and Minh Tu Hua, who bring experience in HR technology and SaaS product development. Their background has informed the company’s focus on solving practical challenges faced by organisations in delivering effective training.
The founders have highlighted that one of the main issues with existing systems is not the quality of content but the way it is delivered. Employees often find training disconnected from their daily work, leading to low engagement and limited impact.

Looking ahead, the company plans to launch a broader platform in 2026. This will enable organisations to create, distribute, and manage company wide training programmes supported by AI.
The expanded platform is expected to support a wide range of use cases, from onboarding and compliance training to skill development and leadership programmes.
