Arcustin Games Secures $10M Valuation With First Funding Round

Turkey’s mobile gaming scene is gaining another ambitious entrant as Istanbul based Arcustin Games begins its first major growth phase with fresh capital, an AI focused development strategy and plans to establish a repeatable model for launching successful mobile titles.

Backed by Webrazzi GSYF

The studio has raised $500,000 in pre seed funding at a valuation of $10 million from Webrazzi GSYF, a venture capital investment fund established jointly by İş Portföy and Webrazzi.

The investment provides Arcustin with the resources to expand its team, complete development of its first mobile game and begin user acquisition activities. For a young studio still preparing its debut title, the funding is intended to support both product development and the early commercial testing required to identify a scalable gaming opportunity.

Founded in 2025 by brothers Barış Dikici and Tolga Dikici, Arcustin Games is positioning itself around hybrid casual puzzle games. The company is adopting what it describes as an AI native approach, integrating artificial intelligence into production workflows rather than treating it as an isolated tool.

Building With an AI Native Model

Arcustin’s development strategy combines AI supported processes with a lean organisational structure. The objective is to reduce unnecessary production complexity, improve efficiency and create a capital efficient operating model that can be replicated across several games.

Hybrid casual games typically combine the accessibility of casual mobile titles with deeper progression systems, longer engagement loops or more strategic gameplay elements. This format has attracted significant attention from mobile game developers because it can appeal to broad audiences while offering opportunities for stronger retention and monetisation.

Arcustin intends to apply its AI enabled approach throughout the development cycle, using technology and streamlined decision making to support faster iteration. The studio’s long term ambition is not limited to releasing a single game, but to establish a repeatable framework for developing and scaling multiple titles.

Experienced Founders

The company is led by founders with complementary backgrounds in business strategy, technology and product development.

Barış Dikici, co founder and chief executive officer, spent eight years in consulting and worked on acquisition processes involving gaming and technology companies in Türkiye. This experience has given him exposure to the commercial, financial and strategic considerations involved in building technology businesses.

Tolga Dikici, co founder and chief technology officer, brings experience in mobile product and game development, software architecture, technology strategy and product development at global technology companies.

Together, the founders are combining operational discipline with technical expertise as Arcustin builds its first game and assembles a team of gaming professionals and emerging talent.

Focus on Sustainable Growth

Barış Dikici has said that Arcustin aims to build a resilient studio that makes revenue and growth focused decisions throughout the development process. The company also wants to identify successful methods early and reproduce them across future games.

This approach reflects a broader shift in the gaming industry, where studios are increasingly focused on disciplined production, measurable user engagement and efficient use of development capital. Rather than relying only on creative experimentation, Arcustin plans to connect game design decisions with commercial performance from the beginning.

Expanding Its First Title

The newly raised capital will support hiring, the completion of Arcustin’s debut mobile game and user acquisition. These activities will be important as the studio moves from concept and development into market testing.

Webrazzi GSYF has previously invested in startups including Brix, GameByte, Orfeo Labs, Cypien AI, Parny and Next BigApp. Its investment in Arcustin adds an emerging mobile gaming company to a portfolio spanning financial technology, artificial intelligence, software and digital products.

With its first title now at the centre of its plans, Arcustin Games is seeking to use its initial funding round as the foundation for a broader studio capable of producing multiple AI supported mobile games.
