Fluencify Wants to Turn Creator Marketing Into an End to End AI Workflow

Creator marketing is becoming an increasingly important route for brands looking to reach audiences through people they already trust, but running campaigns across thousands of creators can create a maze of outreach, briefing, scheduling and payments. Stockholm based creator marketing platform Fluencify is looking to simplify that process with AI agents, raising $4.3 million in an oversubscribed pre seed round to expand its technology and international operations.

The round was led by byFounders, with participation from Wave Ventures. As part of the investment, Magnus Hambleton of byFounders will join Fluencify’s board. The funding will support product development, international expansion and growth of the company’s creator network.

Building an AI Marketing Engine

Founded in 2025 by Erik Romdhane, Isaac Norin and Sam Stones Hälleberg, Fluencify is developing an AI powered platform that manages creator marketing campaigns from discovery through payment.

Its AI agents support creator discovery and matching, automated outreach and response handling, campaign briefing, content scheduling, paid boosting and international creator payments. The platform currently supports payments across more than 85 countries, allowing brands to run campaigns across borders through a single system.

Fluencify’s technology is designed to reduce the operational workload traditionally associated with creator campaigns. Instead of relying on separate tools or manual coordination for each stage, brands can manage much of the process through one platform.

Moving Beyond One Off Posts

A central part of Fluencify’s approach is its ambassador model.

Rather than treating creator marketing as a series of isolated sponsored posts, the company encourages recurring relationships between creators and brands. This model is intended to create longer term partnerships where creators become familiar with the products they promote and can develop more consistent relationships with their audiences.

Fluencify says more than 13,000 active creators are currently part of its network. These creators work with brands whose combined market capitalisation is around $30 billion.

The company primarily targets consumer and prosumer software businesses, including AI products, productivity tools, education applications and consumer apps.

Automating the Campaign Lifecycle

Traditional creator marketing can involve agencies, marketplaces, campaign management software and internal teams. While these services help businesses reach creators, campaign execution can still require significant manual effort.

Fluencify is attempting to automate that operational layer. Its platform can help identify suitable creators, contact them, manage responses and prepare campaign briefs. It can also coordinate content schedules and support paid amplification once content has been produced.

The company says this allows marketing teams to focus more heavily on campaign strategy and creative direction rather than repetitive administration.

Erik Romdhane, CEO and co founder of Fluencify, said his experience as both a creator and agency operator showed him that campaign management frequently involves more operational work than creative work. He said the company wanted to build a system where a brand could describe its desired outcome and have the campaign executed end to end.

Trusting Creators

Fluencify’s strategy also reflects a wider shift in how consumers discover and evaluate brands.

The company cites research from the Edelman Trust Barometer showing that consumers can place greater trust in information from people who regularly use a product than in communications from a company’s leadership.

For software companies in particular, creators can provide demonstrations, reviews and practical experiences that are difficult to reproduce through traditional advertising.

Expanding Into the US

The new funding will support Fluencify’s next stage of international growth.

The company plans to hire additional engineers in Stockholm, establish a New York office and expand its US sales operations. It will also use the funding to grow its creator network and continue developing its platform for existing customers.

With AI increasingly being used to automate marketing workflows, Fluencify is positioning itself around a specific challenge: making creator campaigns scalable without requiring brands to build increasingly large operational teams.

Its latest funding gives the startup capital to expand that model across markets while continuing to develop AI agents capable of handling more of the campaign lifecycle.
