One Platform, Every Project: conmeet’s AI Vision Wins Investor Backing

Digital transformation has reshaped industries from finance to manufacturing, yet many construction and trade businesses still rely on multiple disconnected software platforms to manage daily operations. Project information is often scattered across separate systems for scheduling, procurement, documentation, finance, and project management, creating duplicate work, communication gaps, and operational inefficiencies. As artificial intelligence becomes increasingly capable of automating business processes, construction technology startup conmeet is aiming to replace fragmented workflows with a unified AI native operating system that connects every stage of a project. The company has now secured fresh investment to accelerate its expansion and product development.

Germany based construction technology company conmeet has raised €6 million in an oversubscribed seed funding round to support the rollout of its artificial intelligence driven operating system for construction and trade businesses.

The financing round was co led by Reimann Investors Venture Capital and Smedvig Ventures, with existing investor May Ventures also continuing its support following the company’s pre seed funding completed earlier this year.

The new capital will be used to strengthen the platform’s AI capabilities, expand across the DACH region, and grow the company’s team.

Unifying Construction Operations

Founded in 2023 by Benedikt Kisner, Leandro Ananias, and Lennart Eckerlein, conmeet has developed a digital platform that brings together every major business function required by construction and trade companies.

The platform combines project management, procurement, scheduling, construction site coordination, documentation, financial management, and invoicing within a single integrated system.

Designed specifically for medium sized construction and trade businesses employing between 10 and 500 people, the platform replaces multiple disconnected software solutions with one central workspace that provides consistent access to operational information.

By eliminating fragmented systems, businesses can manage projects more efficiently while reducing administrative complexity.

Eliminating Disconnected Workflows

Many construction companies continue to operate using separate software tools for different stages of a project, requiring repeated manual data entry and constant information transfers between departments.

This fragmented approach often creates delays, duplicated work, and communication challenges between office staff, project managers, procurement teams, and construction sites.

conmeet addresses these issues by providing a shared data environment that enables every department to access real time project information through a single platform.

From the first customer enquiry through procurement, project execution, and final invoicing, the entire workflow can be managed within one connected system.

Artificial Intelligence at the Core

Unlike traditional software platforms that add artificial intelligence as an additional feature, conmeet has designed its entire architecture around a unified data model that allows AI capabilities to operate throughout the platform.

This enables the system to automate repetitive administrative tasks while supporting increasingly autonomous business processes.

As more operational data becomes available, artificial intelligence can continuously improve workflow execution, simplify routine activities, and assist teams with day to day operational decisions.

The company’s AI first approach is intended to help businesses improve efficiency while reducing manual administrative workloads across every stage of construction projects.

Expanding Across the DACH Region

The latest investment will support conmeet’s commercial expansion throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland while accelerating continued product development.

The company also plans to strengthen its artificial intelligence capabilities and expand its workforce to support growing customer demand.

With construction companies increasingly seeking integrated digital solutions that improve productivity and operational transparency, conmeet aims to position itself as a comprehensive business operating system for the industry.

Driving the Digital Future of Construction

Construction remains one of the world’s largest industries, yet digital adoption continues to lag behind many other sectors.

Growing labour shortages, rising project complexity, and increasing demand for operational efficiency are driving investment in technologies capable of simplifying business management while improving collaboration across project teams.

With fresh funding, an AI native technology platform, and a rapidly expanding customer opportunity, conmeet is positioning itself at the forefront of construction digitalisation. By bringing project management, finance, procurement, scheduling, and artificial intelligence together within one connected operating system, the company aims to help construction businesses streamline operations, improve productivity, and build a more efficient future for the industry.
