Paris based proptech startup Davis has secured $5.5 million in pre seed funding to accelerate its vision of transforming early stage real estate development through artificial intelligence. The company is building a platform that combines generative AI with human expertise to dramatically reduce the time required for feasibility studies and architectural planning.

Investors Back AI Driven Property Development

The funding round was led by Heartcore Capital and Balderton Capital, with participation from Yellow, Evantic, and Entrepreneurs First.

The round also attracted support from angel investors connected to several technology companies, highlighting growing investor confidence in AI applications for the built environment.

The newly raised capital will support product development, hiring, and the expansion of operations as Davis scales its platform across the real estate industry.
